Happy New Year! We rang in 2008 with four of our friends at one of our favorite places, Evening Star Cafe. Bartender James was our server and good times were had by all. I rocked the house with false eyelashes and pin-up girl shoes and was quite glamorous! The food was good and the accompanying wine flight was tasty, but I should have thought that through a little more. An odd combo of drinks lead to a nasty headache this morning, but it’s nothing a cup of coffee won’t fix. Otherwise, I feel great and am looking forward to the changes of the new year.
