As part of feeling like myself again, I decided to start cooking. I was a little ambitious and asked husband to buy two whole chooks at the grocery. I followed a recipe I found online for prepping the birds and another for oven temperature. I’ll have to take a picture when I carve them tomorrow. The few bites I tried before putting them in the fridge were delish. The next step…making my own chicken broth.
