Life on My Own Terms

The boys have been extra talkative today. Both have been quite vocal, but Lucky takes the cake on this. I’m sitting in bed about to go to sleep and he climbs up next to me. He starts to headbutt the side of the pillows I’m leaning on and then decides to try to claw them out of the way. When I try to redirect his attention and get him to lay down – he turns his back to me, looks over his shoulder, and grunts before he plops down. Such a goofball.
