I overcooked some of my csa leeks, don’t have an immersion blender, didn’t peel my csa potatoes, used chicken stock as my extra liquid, and added some csa garlic. If I’m not mistaken, CorporateMonkey used this recipe for her soup.
That being said, my soup was lovely. Especially when combined with our NY Strips that we cooked using this method. Love love it.
Now I’m sitting on the couch watching the Olympics and biding my time until I pour myself a bourbon.
