Life on My Own Terms

For so many different reasons, this post will be cryptic.

During the fall, I expressed an interest in a project to my boss. Yesterday, he volunteered me to take on a huge chunk of said project with the possibility of big things for me if all goes according to plan. I’m thrilled and excited and filled with a smidge of anxiety. I’ve gotten used to not having any (major) responsibilities and that is about to change.

We’ll see how this goes. I’m jumping in feet first into a project that is hugely over budget and way behind. Wish me luck.
