I was finally able to find a book I wanted at the bookstore. I’d first heard about the book from a friend of a friend. Tonight, I’m baking my first loaf from the book. 
I’m curious to see how it turns out.
In other food news, I roasted a chicken on Sunday evening and put a can of chickpeas, a cup of red wine, a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, a coarsely chopped onion, S&P, and a teaspoon of paprika in the bottom of the dutch oven. As good as the chicken is, I am most excited about how the chickpeas mix turned out. It is so yummy. I had to stop myself after I tried it so that I wouldn’t eat the whole mess.
