sillydoggies….wait. Hubby & I have done plenty of playing this week. We’ve gone out several times for last hurrahs before he leaves next week.
We’re both dragging today and plan on spending a quiet weekend at home - just the two of us. Some nice meals. A little bit of shopping. Some quality time with the boys.
On the knitting front, I’m working on two Clapotis right now. One for me and one for Mom. I’m so in love with the one for Mom right now. I’m using this yarn (in the Yellow/slate 230 colorway) and loving it!!!

Well, not really. But I’ve been waiting until today to write that for a posting.
When I started working on my 101 goals a few weeks ago, I had today in mind as a good starting date. I don’t believe that is going to happen as I am about 25 goals shorts of the 101. Darn.
Husband is still working through his flu crap and I’m feeling dandy (except for the occasional cough).
One of my fiber arts groups meets today. I haven’t seen them since January and am looking forward to going.
That’s it. Nothing lofty today. No hi-falutin’ thoughts from me. I’m just thankful to be awake.
