While this isn’t a picture of my commute, I didn’t think to take one of my own. My twelve mile commute to work took 50 minutes this morning. It’s Tuesday. Nothing special. No rain. What’s the deal?!
In other news, husband had a great time in Atlanta and we had Five Guys for dinner last night. The boys were super excited to see him and so was I. We watched some quality TV last night and laughed a lot.
Today at work, nothing too exciting happened. I’m getting back into the swing of wearing suits (and pantyhose) to work. Not fun, but certainly easy.

It’s been a fantastic weekend. Quality time with the boys. Seeing a coworker on a non-workday. Watching the Dawgs win versus Alabama in the company of some of the greatest people I know. Stuffing my face in the Diamond Club with my girlfriends and then [laughingly] boasting as to who ate the most. Watching the Nats win their final home game in RFK. Checking out a new place to board the boys.
One thing that I did document with pictures this weekend:
My car odometer rolled over 100,000 miles on Saturday as I was driving around. Sweet!
Thanks to husband, I have learned to appreciate Bruce Campbell. We were watching tee-vee tonight and saw one of his new Old Spice commercials. I thought I would take this opportunity to share an old one (the first video and the second one is the new one). Enjoy!!
